Your one year sales timeline

Getting better at sales is hard.

And it takes time.

So give yourself a break and realise that it will take a year of application and dedication to get there. But the results are worth it. Below is a pyramid, a graphical representation of the bricks you need to lay to improve your sales. You need to start at the beginning (action plan), then work your way up to your sales effort (leads and conversion). And you need to allocate at least half a day every week on this. Every week!
